Do you have products that are not listed on your web site?
We have access to thousands of light fixtures and ceiling fans that are not yet listed on our site. If you are looking for a particular fixture, contact us with the item number and manufacturer information either via email or by calling 800-964-3403.
How do I place an order online?
Add the items that are available for online purchase to your cart, and then click the Check Out link on the top of any page. If the item is not available for online purchase, add it to your wish list and contact the sales staff via email or by calling 800-964-3403.
How do I know my online order has been processed?
You will receive an email order confirmation for your purchase. This confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provided during the ordering process. Do you charge sales tax?
We are obligated by California state law to charge 7.75% sales tax on items delivered to a California address. Deliveries to all other areas are tax-exempt.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. See shipping restrictions for more information.
