Do you have products that are not listed on your web site?

• We have access to thousands of light fixtures and ceiling fans that are not yet listed on our site. If you are looking for a particular fixture, contact us with the item number and manufacturer information at cs@lofings.com or call us at 800.964.3403.

How do I place an order online?

• Add the items that are available for online purchase to your cart, and then proceed to shopping cart check out.
• If the item is not available for online purchase add it to your wish list and contact the sales staff at sales@lofings.com or call us at 800.964.3403.

How do I know my online order has been processed?

• You will receive an email order confirmation for your purchase. This confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provided during the ordering process. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at cs@lofings.com or call us at 800.964.3403 information.

Do you charge sales tax?

• We are obligated by California state law to charge 7.75% sales tax on items delivered to a California address. Deliveries to all other areas are tax-exempt.

Where do you ship?

• We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. See shipping information in policies on the terms page for more information.

What methods of payment does your store accept?

• Visa, Master Card, Discover and America Express for online purchases.

Do you do custom quotes?

• Yes, we do. Please contact our sales staff at sales@lofings.com or call us at 800.964.3403.

When ordering a ceiling fan how do I order accessories such as down rods, wall controls or remote controls?

• Contact our cs@lofings.com or call us at 800.964.3403 and our staff will get you the appropriate information and process the order for the ceiling fan accessories.
